Kara Holm curates and is the lead author of the blog: "It is a Dirty Job."  She currently leads a tech start-up that is building mobile gaming experiences using augmented reality to enhance destinations and provide measurable results for businesses. 

 

Kara's career has focused on interpreting consumer insights and preferences to develop actionable business strategies. She has specific expertise in the casino and gaming sectors including loyalty programs, marketing audits, operational audits, amenity identification, standard operating procedure reviews, jurisdictional scans, and writing position papers. Kara has also worked in the non-profit sector as well in education, healthcare and advertising agencies.

Full of opinions, Kara is an enthusiastic but discerning consumer.
